My undergraduate tutorial project, "Migration Melodies: Music in Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Little House Series and Godey’s Lady’s Book," with tutor Dr. William Lenz, explores music in both texts through a cultural materialist lens of gender, class, and race. Thanks to Library Archivist Rachel Grove Rohrbaugh, I had the unique opportunity to dive into the archives at Chatham University's Jenny King Mellon Library.
